What could be wrong?? I ignored trying different brand of blank CD-r as discussed by many people, sorry but that is just plain daft, besides i was using TDK as i always have for 10 Running: Windows XP iTunes 10. A pop up will appear.

The only thing left I could think of was the fact I was using Windows 7, for me its been fine so far, but hey could it be the compatibility between The Attempt To Burn A Disc Failed. Too bad no one on any official sites will give any additional information as to what the cause of this is. Error 4280 BRILLIANT, so far 12 audio cds fine at 24x (my drives maximum setting), even playlists over multiple CD's. Still get the error message.

This time, I disconnected before burning it… and it worked. finally worked for me when i installed quicktime 7.3.1. But there is no need to worry about this problem from now on as the above steps will solve the iTunes error instantly for you. Pretty much all MP3.

i got additional info from this genius.... Have you installed all the updates from Windows update? thanks for the assistance. sometimes, as with my case, the number of songs exceeds the cd space by just a few, causing error 4450 to occur.
