Also, the name of the server is XenApp1; but I DO NOT want a public web site by that name, XenApp1.MyDomain.com. Or are the internal clients connecting differently than the external, using the Web Interface or directly with the Citrix Full Plugin icon?

I have created the virtual directories for the pnagent, but still no luck.
