My main application is running under the boomtrek namespace so it was actually looking for /boomtrek/partners/bin/ directory where there was NONE! - Once you connect you can re-build to the server and it will fix the problem.
- Even though they displayed the correct .net version, I changed it to a different version, clicked apply, I then changed the setting to the correct version and again clicked apply than

- So i right clicked it and Manage Virtual directory > Advanced Settings > convert to Application changed the icon of virtual directory to a green earth icon.
