We never figured out the correct permissions but reinstalling OM on another drive with "default" permissions allowed it to run correctly. Win98 likes profiles to be stored by default in a home folder, NT in a Users folder, and now XP likes a separate Profiles folder. Did you ever find a resolution? Because we find it seems to be application crash issue and we need to analyze the crash dump file to narrow down the root cause of the issue.
