If you have more than one computer running iTunes, and Home Sharing is active on each of them, they will all display here. http://www.windows-fix-center.com/know/my-first-generation-appletv-will-not-sync-with-itunes-anymore-i-get-an-error-message-that-says-the-apple-tv-is-not-responding-check-that-any-firewall-software-running-on-this-comptuter-has-been-set-to-allow-communica If the wireless environment seems fine, then you might want to check the position of the Apple TV, make sure it's not blocked by anything metal, etc. I used it to specifically set port 3689 to "Allow" i.e. If so, disable it and try again.

What you could do, to check if ZA application control is the problem, is to turn it OFF and see if this changes anything in there. Please type your message and try again.
