The motherboard board is a Foxconn K8S755A-6EKRS. Same thing with nolapic, but a different error. First i doubted my memory, but since i found where the syslog is, i found the following message: irq 10: nobody cared! (screaming interrupt?) and kernel: APIC error on CPU0: 40(40) In your case, you are missing a considerable number of bug and security fixes -- files 28- to 36- will tell all. check over here

You probably just add in "noapic" to the end of the line if GRUB works like LILO. It's ok though when I reboot. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. Local Apic Error Upgrading the BIOS is not the answer. The error is detected in the APIC internally.
