What is needed is for the host name (in Settings/Protocols/SMTP/Delivery of e-mail) to have an A record defined for it in the domain's DNS.So if you are using the host name Aol Email Error Message Its host name is smtp.gmail.com.

Does the problem come from aol? Sending ..... 05. Reverse IP means the hostname that is attached to the IP address not an A record. Please do not misinform people.I didn't mean to misinform anyone.
I would love to hear if anyone has feedback on the status of improvement or resolve so I can make other "delivery" choices when I see an aol email.
