WE gave the new computer Account (we installed PVS 5.1 on a new machine) db_owner rights. There was a Database Error. When we created a vDisk using the wizard (connected to one of the PVS servers), the vDisk was created at both servers and not just the one we connected to! Hopefully someone can figure this out...someone mentioned adding the computer account db_owner rights on the SQL DB? One note is I have 2 PVS servers and the vdisks use load balancing and HA.I'm only having the issue (so far) on one of my servers. The details show information related to an inability to mount the vDisk and a driver related issue. Do not rearm again. They have change the entries in the Database and now all running fine. The connection is closed. After some Googling around, I found on the Citrix Forums, a thread that stated that while there is no FIX for this issue, a temporary work around is to switch the Not having that would also cause this problem.
after the disk was promoted then try remap the correct/original vdisk for the targets.
